Terms of Service for SaveWeb 365 Affiliate Program

1. Introduction
Welcome to the SaveWeb 365 Affiliate Program (“Program”). By participating in this Program, you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). These terms govern your participation in the SaveWeb 365 affiliate program, which is designed to allow affiliates to promote SaveWeb 365 services, including cloud services, web hosting, online radio, and online TV solutions, and receive commissions for successful referrals.

2. Enrollment
To participate in the Program, you must complete the affiliate registration process on our website. Upon approval, you will be provided with access to your affiliate dashboard, referral links, and tracking tools. SaveWeb 365 reserves the right to approve or deny affiliate applications at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote SaveWeb 365 services in a truthful, accurate, and professional manner.

  • Use only approved marketing materials provided by SaveWeb 365.

  • Not engage in misleading advertising or any illegal practices.

  • Abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while promoting our services.

  • Ensure that all promotional content, including but not limited to websites, advertisements, and social media posts, does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities, including click fraud or generating fake leads.

  • Promote SaveWeb 365 through unsolicited emails, spam, or any form of deceptive marketing.

  • Use SaveWeb 365’s intellectual property, including logos, trademarks, and brand names, inappropriately.

  • Promote SaveWeb 365 on websites or platforms that violate any laws, including adult content, hate speech, or any form of illegal activity.

5. Tracking and Reporting
SaveWeb 365 will provide affiliates with access to a dashboard to track referrals, clicks, and commission data. You are responsible for ensuring your tracking links are correctly implemented and monitoring your referral activities. SaveWeb 365 is not responsible for any failure to track sales or leads due to incorrect implementation of tracking links by the affiliate.

6. Commissions and Payment
Affiliates will earn commissions based on the following criteria:

  • Commission Rate: The rate is based on the type of service or package purchased by the referred customer, as outlined in your affiliate dashboard.

  • Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold is met. Payments are made via bank transfer

  • Commission Validation: SaveWeb 365 reserves the right to review and validate commissions before payout, especially in cases of suspicious activity or refund requests by referred customers.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks
In the event of customer refunds or chargebacks, SaveWeb 365 reserves the right to deduct the corresponding commission from the affiliate’s account. Affiliates should be aware that commissions are only earned when referred customers make a purchase and retain their services.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the Program confidential. This includes customer information, business strategies, and marketing data. You may not share or disclose any proprietary information unless required by law.

9. Termination
SaveWeb 365 may terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service.

  • Fraudulent activity or misleading marketing practices.

  • Inactivity or failure to generate sales over an extended period.
    Upon termination, all rights to earn commissions will cease, and any pending commission payments will be reviewed according to SaveWeb 365’s policies.

10. Limitation of Liability
SaveWeb 365 is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program, including but not limited to loss of profits or business. The affiliate program is provided “as is,” and SaveWeb 365 does not warrant the services or guarantees of any specific outcomes.

11. Modification of Terms
SaveWeb 365 reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or posted on the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria.
